YOUTH MINISTER’S MOMENTS

UPCOMING DATES

This year is passing by so fast; if you blink an eye it will be gone. We have had a good year with many activities in which our youth and adults could participate. I hope that you and your family were able to enjoy all of the different mission speakers, revivals, fellowships and outings of our church family here at Monroeville. If you did not get involved, there are still opportunities around the Holidays in which you could participate.

1. Donate cookies for our Christmas Service Project Wednesday, December 17^th. (Sign up sheets on bulletin board)

2. Donate fruit for our Christmas Service Project Wednesday, December 17^th. (Youth will be asked to bring fruit and to deliver a basket.)

3. Christmas Caroling – many voices will be needed, both Adult and Youth. 1:00pm, Saturday, December 20^th. (Sign-up on the youth bulletin board.)

4. Christmas Party – all youth after caroling until 5:30pm Saturday, December 20^th. (Sign up sheet on the youth bulletin board.)

5. Youth 1-12 grade are asked to stay Sunday, November 23^rd after AM worship to help with props, costumes, etc… for the Christmas Eve Service. Meals will be provided. Youth are asked to bring a change of clothes.

6. Turkey Games – Everyone who would like to participate. Friday, November 28^th at 10:00am to 1:00 pm. (Sign-up sheet on the youth bulletin board.)

7. Holiday Fellowship – Everyone. Saturday, December 6^th at 5:00pm.

8. Ladies Luncheon and Ornament Exchange – Saturday, December 13^th from 12-2pm.

9. Christmas Eve Service – Everyone. Wednesday, December 24^th at 7:00pm.

10. New Year’s Eve Fellowship – Everyone. Wednesday, December 31^st from 7:00-10:00pm.

As you can see, there are still many service opportunities and fellowships planned for 2008. Get involved, invite a friend and share Christ’s
